The Production Supervisor / Foreman will lead the shop floor for PUF panel and roofing sheet manufacturing. This is a hands-on role where you will be the first point of accountability for shift output, product quality, and worker safety. In our lean startup environment, you will also coordinate material issuance and support production recordkeeping.
 

📍 Location: Industrial Park, Rayaraopet, Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 3–6 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical, Production or Related Trade)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per Month
 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Supervise production of PUF Panels, Lab Room Panels & Roofing Sheets during assigned shifts

✔️ Allocate daily tasks to operators and helpers and monitor execution

✔️ Ensure machine settings, pour ratios, panel thickness, roll forming speeds, and lamination parameters meet production specifications

✔️ Perform shift-level quality checks on dimensions, foam density, surface finish, and edge trims

✔️ Coordinate with stores for timely material availability and verify issued quantities

✔️ Maintain production logs, output records, and material consumption reports

✔️ Enforce safety practices, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards

✔️ Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve breakdowns and minimize downtime

✔️ Train new shop-floor employees on machine operations, safety procedures, and quality standards
