🔹 About the Role
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Analyst, you’ll design, develop, and support HR solutions while contributing to large-scale digitization initiatives. This role blends functional expertise with technical depth, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in complex, global environments.
 

🔹 What You’ll Bring
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (Techno-Functional)
✔️ Strong expertise in modules like Time & Labour, Absences, or Payroll
✔️ Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, BI reporting
✔️ Implementation experience (minimum 2 projects)
✔️ Knowledge of Hire-to-Retire processes
✔️ Exposure to Agile methodologies and global MNC environments

🔹 Functional Strengths
• Solutioning, configuration, and setups in HCM modules
• Personalization using sandbox & Functional Setup Manager
• Fit-gap analysis, business analysis, and SDLC practices
 

🔹 Technical Edge
• Advanced Fast Formula writing
• HCM data structures and integrations
• UDTs, lookups, and dynamic worksheet design
 

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drive HR solutions and product enhancements
• Provide L3 support for complex issues
• Lead testing for upgrades and implementations
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams
• Analyze release updates and document solutions
• Enable change management and user training
