🔹 About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician / Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining plant machinery, electrical systems, and utilities that support the production of PUF Panels, Lab Room Panels, and Roofing Sheets.

In our lean startup environment, this is a multi-skilled role combining electrical, mechanical, and facility maintenance responsibilities. You'll help ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support plant growth.
 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on PUF foaming machines, roll forming lines, conveyors, compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

✔️ Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, starters, sensors, wiring, PLCs, and VFD-controlled equipment

✔️ Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on industrial machinery

✔️ Maintain PM schedules, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory

✔️ Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machinery

✔️ Carry out facility maintenance including lighting, compressed air systems, and utility services

✔️ Follow electrical safety, permit-to-work, and LOTO procedures

✔️ Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimize downtime
