🔹 About the Role

As Plant / Production Manager, you will own production operations across the facility—ensuring output targets, product quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

In our growing manufacturing setup (3,000–8,000 sq.ft. PUF Panels and ~80 MT Roofing Sheets per month), you will work closely with procurement, quality, maintenance, and management teams to help scale operations from micro to medium capacity.
 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

✔️ Lead production supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor teams

✔️ Coordinate raw material availability with Stores and Procurement

✔️ Drive machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance activities

✔️ Review quality reports and implement corrective actions

✔️ Monitor production KPIs, yield, wastage, and rework levels

✔️ Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards

✔️ Support process improvements, commissioning activities, and future plant expansion
