Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment MIS
Follow up with candidates through offer and joining stages
Support HR operations as required

Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment
Strong communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to work full-time onsite in Hyderabad
