🎯 Hiring: HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Oracle Fusion – SFP)

We’re looking for a driven HCM Cloud Functional professional with experience in Student Financial Planning (SFP) within Oracle Fusion.
 

🔹 Role Overview
This role focuses on delivering high-impact solutions in Oracle Fusion SFP, working closely with business stakeholders—especially in higher education—to translate financial processes into scalable system configurations.
 

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Participate in 1–2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SFP
• Configure, test, and support SFP functionalities aligned with student finance processes
• Collaborate with business teams to understand and map financial workflows into system solutions
• Provide techno-functional troubleshooting and ongoing support
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress effectively
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations and process flows
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth deployment and adoption
 

🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SFP module
✔️ Strong understanding of student finance processes (higher education domain preferred)
✔️ Ability to bridge functional requirements with technical execution
✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience in implementation lifecycle (config, test, deploy, support)
