Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with digital marketing capabilities to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through both online and offline channels. This role blends strategic sales execution with digital outreach and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups

Understand client requirements and position services with a consultative approach

Maintain CRM, track funnel metrics, and improve conversion rates

Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client success

Close deals and consistently achieve revenue targets
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram for lead generation and brand visibility

Plan and execute content strategies, campaigns, and job promotions

Run targeted outreach campaigns (email marketing, LinkedIn engagement, basic ads)

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversions

Support employer branding and digital presence initiatives
Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing (IT staffing is a plus)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Understanding of digital marketing tools, social media, and lead generation techniques
