Job Description:
We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing and consultant marketing. The role involves marketing bench consultants, handling vendors, and supporting placements in the US market.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients
Identify and work with US vendors and implementation partners
Submit consultant profiles to suitable requirements
Negotiate rates and close positions
Maintain daily submissions, status reports, and follow-ups
Coordinate with recruiters and account managers
Ensure compliance with client and visa requirements

Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in US Bench Sales / Staffing
Strong knowledge of US hiring process & tax terms
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Experience working with vendors and implementation partners
