Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment activities while gaining hands-on experience in modern recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Assist in onboarding and offer release processes
• Use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn to identify potential candidates
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding candidate submissions
• Follow up regularly with clients and vendors regarding hiring progress
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

• MBA in HR (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong professional communication skills
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for recruitment tasks
• Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
