🚀 We’re Hiring: Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

This is not a pure functional or pure technical role. We’re looking for someone who can operate across both—understanding HR processes while building and customizing solutions in Oracle EBS.

Role Overview
Drive end-to-end Oracle EBS HCM solutions by bridging business requirements with technical execution across HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Absence Management.

Key Requirements
✔️ Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM (HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Absence)
✔️ Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas (Payroll & Absence)
✔️ Strong technical skills: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow
✔️ Experience in OAF Customizations (Personalization, Extensions, JDeveloper)
✔️ Exposure to Oracle APEX for dashboards / custom applications
✔️ Experience in data migration (SQL Loader, APIs, custom scripts)
✔️ Ability to map HR business processes to Oracle solutions

What You’ll Do
• Gather and translate HR requirements into system design
• Configure HCM modules and develop Fast Formulas
• Build customizations using OAF, PL/SQL, and Oracle tools
• Lead data migration, validation, and integration efforts
• Support testing, upgrades, and production issues
• Create documentation and train business users
