PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant

🔹 Role Overview
We’re looking for a strong PeopleSoft technical professional with hands-on experience in the Recruiting (HRMS) module and solid integration capabilities.
🔹 Key Requirements
✔️ 4–6 years of PeopleSoft development experience
✔️ Hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft Recruiting (HRMS)
✔️ Strong proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine & Application Packages
✔️ Experience building and managing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft HCM (Recruiting) solutions
• Build and manage integrations with external systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing technical components
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into working solutions
💡 This role is for someone who can go beyond configuration and actually build scalable, reliable solutions in PeopleSoft.
